I think my horse's face is beginning to take form now that she has an eye and nostrils.
I am turning the edges under for applique rather than raw edge fusible where possible. I really favor the crisp turned under look.

Wow, I'm impressed! It really looks like a horse head. Did you make the pattern? I don't think I would have even considered making such a pattern. I would have said "Impossible!". Horses are my favorite animals and I love how you're stitching this head with pieces of fabric. I'm looking forward to seeing more of it!
