Looking for the Row Along? It is back a couple of posts. Here is the link!
There were definitely some likes in the past week! I am linking up with "I LIKE THURSDAY" at lapaylor's weekly Thursday .
1. Having a hubby who can fix my car - new fuel pump. My son helped. His mechanic skills have saved us thousands of dollars over the years.
2. Figuring out what wires to hook together to control the projector in my classroom
3. Supporting family - my niece came to town for a cross country meet.
4. Dinner and a band with my hubby at a local ranch.
Good morning! Oh, what a great skill to be able to fix your car. It's so nice that your son is joining in with DH. I used to do that with my dad until I dropped the oil plug in the oil pan and had to dig it out. Ewwww! Just think of all the money you've saved! How nice that you could go see your niece run cross country. I am certain it touched her heart! Happy Thursday to you. ~smile~ Roseanne
ReplyDeleteWomderful post full of good things. Great your hubby can fix your car, lovely to support your niece I used to be a library technician so had the job of connecting laptops and screens when the teachers couldn't work it out. Your night out sounds wonderful. We are slowly getting a little more freedom of movement here.
ReplyDeleteHow nice to have a handy man on hand! Bah - me and hardware never get along! Sounds like a nice evening out. :-)
ReplyDeleteSounds like your handy husband is a great blessing! Technology in the classroom is so important these days - glad to hear you got it figured out. And what a beautiful view for dinner and a band!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had a nice week! It's so nice to have someone handy around the house. I hope you had a nice evening. I hate hooking up printers, computers, etc. We let IT do everything at work! I'm clueless!
ReplyDeleteMy husband was a mechanic and I so appreciated all the work he did to keep my car running. Love your view for dinner, and how great to spend time with friends. Great likes!
ReplyDeleteWish your hubby was closer. Our daughter had to have her fuel pump replaced this week too.
ReplyDeleteSounds like lots to be thankful for, and it's great that you have someone to fix things for you.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby is a mechanic too. It sure has helped over the years. I can't believe how the days a flying by and we can't fit in what sewing we want to. It is great that we have sew many things to keep us busy though. Lovely row blocks.
ReplyDeleteEven in these crazy times there are still lots of things to be thankful for, isn’t there.
