I finished 3 more New York Beauties yesterday. I think I have 12 more to be done.
I visited my daughters, grand babies, parents, and siblings this week as well. Family is everything! I just wish they lived closer.
I also made another bag. I used the handles and hard ware off another bag for this one. I love it!

Great idea with recycling the hardware.
ReplyDeleteVery fun bag! Happy stitching this week.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love that bag. It looks like a great size too. Your NYB blocks are beautiful.

ReplyDeleteYour NY Beauty blocks are gorgeous! Are you following a pattern or a particular technique? I just purchased the download + print paper piecing patterns for Karen K. Stone's Cinco de Mayo NY Beauty quilt from Electric Quilt, but the accompanying book with the instructions is out of print. I know the arcs need to be paper pieced, but I'm wondering what's the best way to join the pieced arcs to one another to complete the blocks.
