I am catching up a little on my monthly goals. I am happy to report that elf legs are pieced. Some Christmas bells on the shoes need to be ordered to complete them.
Another Christmas dog is pieced as well. He needs some embroidery for a mouth and a white ball on the end of his hat.
Cows are assembled and need eyes, nostrils, and lashes.
I am making two different quilts...
One cow block in each quilt will have a goat standing on her back; hence, the legs can be seen.

I love your Elf legs!! which pattern is it from?
ReplyDeleteOnce again. Great sewing.
ReplyDeleteAll of your paper piecing looks beautiful, but it was the ELF LEGS that caught my attention, as I'm currently bandaged from hip to toes following varicose vein treatment. My first thought was that I should be making blocks like that, but instead of elf legs mine would be all swollen, bruised and sutured... Just what EVERYONE wants to see on display at the quilt show, right?! Hah!
ReplyDeleteGosh these are cute! I especially like the elf legs. Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.
ReplyDeleteSuch fun blocks! I love those cows, too cute!
