Deana: Machine Quilting

I am trying to sew a little bit after school each night (I am a teacher).  I have all of the basic outlining done on this quilt and have quilted in a nice design in the border.  What to do next is always something that stumps me for a bit until inspiration comes.  I hope it comes soon.  The next  space that needs quilting is the wide white space on both sides.  I could easily fill it with a pretty filler or a gorgeous feather, but I am thinking more of an unusual secondary design in it instead.  Time will tell what I decide.

Here is the top before I started quilting it.
The back shows the pattern in the border the best.  You can also see some of my outline qulting.

Here is the border from the front  The quilting is hard to see.

I am also linking up with Scraptastic Tuesday.  I made a column in this scrappy fun quilt.  My mom and sisters did the rest in a family round robin.  This quilt is not mine (darn it) but I wanted to show it for Scraptastic Tuesday!  It looks so much better in person.  Love it!
