Deana: I got more figures cut out

I am slowly adding more details to the borders.  Only the top and bottom rows are stitched down and I plan to add more to what can be seen.

  3. What a good idea to add these figures. I missed your latest posts and went back to read them. I was relieved to learn that you were not needle turning those appliqués. All those skinny legs...
    You are putting so much thoughts into the creation of this piece. I wonder how you came to think of using actual pictures of your son...

  4. I don't have the words to tell you how much I love the border. I love how some of the silohettes flow right to the edge. It truly accents and frames the quilt center perfectly!! Great Piece of art D!

  8. Deana, these are gorgeous. And since they are cut outs of him, even more meaningful. I'd be tempted to keep this one and not give it away!!
