Deana: Silhouettes

Today I have been tracing, fusing and cutting out silhouettes for Dad's Horse Quilt.  It is time consuming but fun to see them after they are cut out.  I have cut enough for three sides of the border, so I am getting close.

Here are my Tuesday Linkies:  Freemotion by the River, Esther's WOW, and Sew Cute Tuesday.

Oh my goodness what a lot of work but how interesting and intriguing. I went back through your posts to see how the whole quilt looks and it's amazing, I love how everyone's been involved in it in some way too. Thanks so much for linking up at Sew Cute Tuesday today - Chris (guest host) @madebyChrissieD :D

Oh my goodness Deana how wonderful they look, such a lot of work but wont they be effective. A great idea to be able to add lots of information in a small area. Looking forward to seeing them on the quilt. Cheers Glenda

That looks like a lot of fun! Love how detailed you've made them.

Which fabric are you using for the silhouettes? Ultrasuede? Wool? Cotton?
I have a complicated silhouette quilt planned and was wondering which works best.

Lots of work, but they are great! Did you get them from a pattern?
