The FREE tutorials to make Shimmer Braid will be posted at Fort Worth Fabric Studio, so check in over there on January 20th to get started. Fabric selection ideas and yardages will be posted there as well.
The QAL will go for five months. A FREE tutorial will be posted on the second Tuesday of each month for a block in the quilt. The fifth month will have quilt assembly instructions.
Please let me know if you want an invitation to post to the blog. Once the invitation is accepted, feel free to make a post to introduce yourself to the group. Also, if you are not a blogger but are making the quilt, I would love it if you would email me photos of your progress to post to the blog.

Deana, what is the size of this quilt. I think I want to make it, but I want to know the size before I commit. Also, I'm interested in knowing the story behind the name of the quilt.
