15 Minutes and To Do Tuesday

I finally got my percentage up to 80 percent.  Going a couple of months without sewing really set me back.

15 Minutes Report:

To Do Tuesday Report

Last week:

1. Make a Celestial Star
2. Make scissor blocks for Crazy Quilty Ladies

3. Finish the $ Building Blocks BOM for this month ✅

I am making 4 of these quilts.  You can tell by the different color ways.  As for this block, it is cute but oh was it not fun to make.  I would have made it different from the designer.

Below you can see block 1 and 2 months side by side on all 4 quilts.

4. Bind my Tulip Winnings Quilt.  It is just returned from the quilter and WOW, she did an amazing job on a very simple quilt.
5. Make Week 5 of the Spring Mystery BOM - half way done
6. Cut out Tula Pink's Pineapple Quilt
7. Eat healthy

8. Exercise daily - not every day

Look at the gorgeous quilting my lady did on the tulip quilt!  I won these blocks at a retreat and wasn't completely in love with them.  I am now!  Quilting can make such a difference!

This week I hope to just enjoy time with my grand sons. We will be camping without electricity. It will be hand work for me.  I plan to take my hexies for the mystery and maybe some applique for the last week's instructions if I can get it ready.

We took a Sunday drive to visit my son and his wife.  They live in a beautiful place!  Our son took us for a little tour of the ranch and we saw some red rock sights.

The two photos below are taken right from his front porch.  I think I could take in this view every day and be a happy woman.

  2. Your building blocks are really fun, but 4 at once? Your tulip quilt turned out beautifully. Your son has a really nice place! It can be so hard to keep up the stitching when life gets busy, congrats on getting back to 80%.

  6. I am so intrigued by those four quilts you are making with the stars and double 9-patch blocks. And yes, the tulip quilt is gorgeous! But the most stunning photos of all are of your son’s ranch. Like Joy said, it’s a backdrop out of a movie or a beautiful dream. I’m glad you’re getting to spend precious time with your family. Enjoy your camping trip!
