November goals

It is November and we have all nearly survived 2020.  In our neck of the woods, plans are being made for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  We will have our first annual "Thanksmas" with my side of the family next weekend.  We decided that there are just too many places to be for those holidays and have set aside the first weekend in November for our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner/get together.  I am looking so forward to it.  All of us live in rural communities with low cases of Covid, so I feel good about it.

Today I am feeling energetic about my November goals.  I am doing well with my Number Draw Challenge goals - only behind on one - but have really missed the mark on my PHD.  Because of that, I have set heavy goals for November/December to help me get a little closer to my mark.  I want to finish off 2020 strong!

Here goes November:

  • Quilt and bind Block Lotto

  • Quilt and bind Trail Mix

I have a pretty good start on it.

  • Glue baste the last Diamond Hill border

  • Finish Garden Party top

  • Quilt and bind Batik Barnyard #2

  • Fuse and blanket stitch stars on Tom Turkey borders

PHD update:

I am linking up with:

  1. You have the cutest projects going! Those turkeys are just great! I love your Thanksmas plans - fun idea!

  2. Block Lotto and Trail Mix... Love, love, LOVE!!!

  3. That's a lot to get done this month. I like the Thanksmas concept.

  4. Love your block Lotto, such pretty colours, it would make a great Rainbow scrap user.
Your trailmix has such pretty colours.
You have so many things going on, how do you keep track?

  5. That is a very impressive list. I will look forward to seeing your progress. No pressure now!!!!!!

  6. Lots to keep you busy in November - have fun and enjoy your family get togethers. xx

  7. Hi,
Awesome quilts to work on. I'm lucky to get 1 a month done. Have an awesome family get together...have a great day!

  8. Wow! So many lovely project. I'm totally in love with the Diamond Hill border. Stunning!! Me only sewing two blocks and still unpacking boxes. 😳

  9. That's a lot of goals, but the projects look as they are almost completed. Enjoy your family get togethers. Such a strange year it's been.

  10. Can not wait to see your quilts finished off, just love them all but especially the Garden Party. Enjoy your family get together.

  11. Wow! You are going to be just a tad busy this month. If you get all that done you will deserve a big pat on the back. I’ll be cheering you on all the way. You can do it.

  12. Good luck with that HUGE list....
lots of lovelies to work on...
I did smile when I read your PDH list, 7 finished UFOs but 6 new ones.....😊

  13. That's quite a list but there's no sense in setting easily doable goals. Time to git 'er done, right? Love your projects, especially Trail Mix. Kim Diehl pattern I think? See you at the next Linky Party!

  14. You've created a huge challenge for yourself! If you focus - you might just get them all done! I wish you the best of luck!
Thanks for Linking up with PHD in 2020!

  15. Hey! Trail Mix is pretty darn cool! Really love that quilting start on it, too.

  16. Keep reminiscent everyone to do all the right things covid wise at thanksmas..... Sounds like it's going to be great fun.....

  17. Quite a lot of goals for this month! All your projects are so lovely!

  18. You have such a nice mix of fun, pretty and scrappy projects left to finish this year. Good luck! Here's to both of us getting in a few more finishes before the end of the year.
