I like making quilts with friends.
My friend made this quilt many years ago and has been saving fabric to do it again. Her quilt is done, but I don't have a picture of it finished.
This photo is her new one with a few blocks started.
Here is mine. It has been fun. My goal is 4 blocks per week to finish all of the blocks in 2021.
Great progress, these blocks look very complicated. They also scream for exact sewing.

ReplyDeleteOh wow, it looks like it will be a gorgeous quilt! Do you know the name or source of the pattern? I'm interested to know how it all comes together. I like the last set of blocks you showed well enough that I think a whole quilt of them would be great as well.

ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of pieces in those blocks. That's a lot of stitching in a week. But definitely worth the effort it's going to be a gorgeous finish.
