Best of 2020 posts

Thank you Meadow Mist for the annual Best of the year linky party! It is super fun to reflect even in 2020.

Thanks for the frequent blog hops ladies (Carol from Just Let Me Quilt and Carla from Creatin in the Sticks)

This post I featured quilts I made over the years that were square. I had several quilts made from the same pattern. The post is super photo happy.

It's Cool to be Square Blog Hop

2. Mountain retreat post

This one had to be on the list because it was our last family retreat at the cabins because they burned down in September.  It was a great time though.

3. My Favorite quilt top finish was my New York Beauty.

4. My most enjoyable project to make in 2020 was Trail Mix. It was simple and scrappy. The cutting wasn't my fave but having online friends as well as my best friend sew along made it even so enjoyable. It was also a "FREE" quilt made from scraps.

This post features the top done, but it is quilted and bound (you can see it here). I chose this post because it was a super happy day when our baby was finally released from the hospital.
