This year I think I will try blogging weekly to keep my health in check. If anyone wants to join me, let me know. I am setting these three goals for myself and will follow up on them weekly in hopes of improving energy, losing a little weight and improving muscle tone.
My goal #1: drink 8 glasses of water a day. This is a stretch for me.
#2: walk 10,000 steps daily or workout for 20 minutes
#3: eat a minimum of 5 fruits or vegetables a day
I intend to give myself one free day a week from these goals.
Last week
Water 2/2 days 100% Ytd 100%
Exercise 2/2 days 100% ytd 100%
Fruits and vegetables 1/2 days 50% ytd 50%
I like to use my fitness pal free app on my phone. For some reason it motivates me because it counts how many consecutive days I log in. I don't like to count calories but the app does that as well as logs my exercise. If you want to friend me on the app just let me knoe.
