Near finish - Barn quilting is completed!

My goal this week was to quilt just 5 more blocks on my School Kid Barns quilt.  I got addicted and actually finished it!  Yay!  Yippy!  The binding is attached by machine too.  Hand work will follow perhaps next week.

I am linking up today with:

I am hoping to link up with her often so as to influence me to quilt a little bit every day.  I have way too many tops that need quilted.

  1. Your barn quilt came out great! I love how you have a few barns on the backing side, too. By handwork, do you mean just sewing down the binding, or do you have additional hand stitched embellishments planned?

  2. Your quilt is lovely! You certainly must have enjoyed working on it to "accidentally" finish it! I agree - the barns on the backing side are indeed a great idea! Congratulations on a fabulous finish!
