Deana's Starter 2017 UFO Lists

It is time to welcome a new year!  With 2017 will come great things for me.  Both of my married daughters announced they are expecting this summer - yay!  Yes, I will become a grandmother in 2017!  I will also continue to email my son once a week as he serves a mission for our church in Germany.  He is so far away and greatly missed.  Oh how I treasure Mondays when we get to email.  Missionaries are only allowed to call/Skype twice a year for Christmas and Mother's Day.  It helps to not distract them from the service they are doing.  

I work full-time as a junior high teacher, so getting time to quilt is difficult, but I want to set some goals anyway.  I want to:

1. Finish one top a month
2. Quilt one quilt a month

Ideally, I would love to quilt two a month, one for me and one for someone else, but it is a stiff goal.  Let's just say it is in the back of my mind and may happen some months but is generally unrealistic.

In January every year I like to create a list of quilts that need to be finished.  They may or may not get done in 2017, but hopefully the list will decline some.  I have them broken down into the following groups:

• My Quilt tops ready to quilt
• Other People's tops ready to quilt
• Piecing that needs finishing
