Deana: I have a finish & ALYOF July Goal

I spent the day with my mom in the mountains at her cabin.  We sewed and visited.  I got a complete finish and a top nearly done!  I am so happy!

The blue Hexagon Pleasure quilt is bound - yeah!  This is my OPAM June finish and it feels SO GOOD.

I also have a top very near completion.  I have sewn all of my flowering snowball blocks together and it only needs one more row along the bottom.  I am awaiting my bee block from one more person and then I will finish it up.  Thank you HIVE #7 in the Stashbee!  I LOVE this quilt!

This Flowering Snowball Quilt is also my ALYOF July Goal so I am linking up there as well.  I want the top done for July.  I won't even think about getting it quilted yet.

  1. The flowering snowball looks terrific. I have all the round parts cut but am still making the fabric for the spokes. Going slow.

  12. That flowering snowball is SO COOL! Do you have another post where you share how you're constructing the blocks? That little square in the center of the curved piecing is so tiny and precise!
