Wow, what a bad weather we had last week. We had to change our Thanksgiving plans and stay home. However, because we stayed home I was able to sew a little bit and that was nice.

Somehow my resolve to finish one quilt before I started another went right out the door and as a result I have 6 unfinished quilts (I mean Works in Progress) in my sewing area. I seem to work on one for a while, then change to another and on and on. It makes for a long time to get a top pieced, but then I don't get bored.

I'm going to give you a few teaser pictures of some of the projects I'm working on.

First, I'm 5/8 finished quilting my Dorinda quilt. I really want to get that one finished before the end of the year, but we'll see. It's the one that I work on more than the others.

I think I've become a little crazy about kaleidoscope blocks, but here are some that I'm working on.

Ann, do you recognize this?

Here's my Hawaiian fabric

And next, my English Pathways.  I love that fabric!

  1. They are all beautiful but that last block photo is STUNNING!

  2. Wow, all of us quilted Dorinda so differently.

There's absolutely NO WAY my Dorinda will be completed by the end of the year. Good luck to you.

  3. AWESOME Kaleidescopes. LOVE them all!!! Good luck on getting your Dorinda done!

Welcome all comments! We LOVE to hear that others are visiting and viewing our projects. It makes our day.
