Lyn, your quilts are beautiful, and your Dorinda quilt is amazing. I am finishing my last appliqued corner and my top will be finished. I'm excited to get it on the frames.
I can finally show you the quilt I made for Shanna. This quilt was made from fabric that I saved from clothes that I made for her from the time she was little. It's not color coordinated--it's a sentimental quilt, and I think she was happy with it. It took me a long time to get it made for her.

ReplyDeleteI just wanted to add "for the record" that Shanna's quilt is hand quilted. There are so many hours in that beautiful quilt -- what a finish!
ReplyDeleteI love your hexagon fabric, but most of all I love the memory of us shopping together when you found it -- Feb 2009 I believe. It was a bargain as I recall.
